Built in 1974 (est.) by acclaimed artist and Walt Disney's most well known Production Designer, Frank Armitage (Sleeping Beauty & The Jungle Book). This Shangri-La retreat home sits on almost 10 acres with unobstructed views from multiple decks overlooking the entire Ojai Valley, portions of the upper valley and the Topa Topa mountains.
